Comfort

The music of the ghost musician will always be a comfort for those who know how to listen...

I felt like drawing something dreamy and melancholy... and ended up illustrating my own fairy tale. Another violinist... I have way too many of those in my gallery. I haven't painted for fun in way too long... I forgot how wonderful it is. I've had thoughts of giving up on art - I'm far too incompetent and not getting very much better - but I don't think I can do that...

Acrylics and ultramarine ink on watercolour paper... It wouldn't fit in my scanner, and the camera messed up the colours. It made everything uniform blue, and you can't see the greenish and purplish tones. Oh well... If you're wondering what's happening here, you can read the story [link] .
